Preorder

What does [PREORDER] label mean?

A “Preorder” allows you to place a reservation for a product prior to its scheduled release date. Figures in a pre-order status are marked with a “Preorder” ribbon and a [PREORDER] label.

What's the difference between [PREORDER] and [IN STOCK] figures?

[IN STOCK]

All the [IN STOCK] figures are stocked in our warehouse in China or in France. Once your order is placed, we will arrange immediately the shipment for your order. 


[PREORDER] & [BALANCE PAYMENT]

For the [PREORDER] figures, you pay only a Deposit (usually a small part of figure price) when you place the order. 

Once the preorder is closed, the studio (usually private) will take 4-6 months to produce the figures according to the number of preorders. And then we will arrange the shipment for your order.

What's the difference between "Deposit" and "Full Payment" for a Preorder?

When you place a preorder, you can make a Deposit (usually a small part of figure price) or a Full Payment (estimated shipping fee included). 

If you choose Deposit option, you will be notified by email to complete the remaining Balance Payment + shipping fee once the products are ready.

If you make your preorder by making a Full Payment + estimated shipping fee, you will just need to wait for the figures arriving (or being notified by email for an extra shipping fee if needed).

How can I check all my preorders?

You can find your preorder list on "My Orders" page. Once the figures are ready for the balance payment, you will find "Pay Now" button on the preorder line.

How can I complete my preorder / make balance payment?

Once you place your preorder by paying Deposit, you will need to be patient for about 4-6 months. During this time, the studio (usually private) produces the figures according to the number of preorders. 

After the release of the final production, we will inform you by email to complete your order by paying [BALANCE PAYMENT] + shipping fee.

If your preorder was placed after December 15th 2021, you used probably our new preorder system. Please find below tutorial videos about how to make your balance payment once you receive a notification email.

Once the balance payment and shipping fee is made, we will arrange the shipment for your order.

Can I combine several balance payments in one payment?

Yes, you can make a bulk payment for all your available balance payments on "My Orders" page

Can I cancel a preorder?

We accept deposit cancellation within 24 hours (since the deposit payment time) without any charge. 

A restocking fee will be applied for Pre-order (Deposit) cancellations. If an order is cancelled within 7 days since the order placement, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the deposit. After this delay, the deposit is non refundable.

Shipping

Do we ship worldwide?

Yes. Our figures are stocked both in China and in France and we ship both locally and worldwide. 

How much is shipping cost to your country?

The international shipping cost depends on the destination country, weight and size (L, W, H) of the shipping package. 

For the In Stock figures, the shipping cost indicated when you pass the order is an estimation cost. A final shipping cost will be sent by email when the figures are ready to be shipped.

For the Preorder figures, no shipping charge included when you pass the preorder. The shipping cost indicated when you make your remaining balance payment is an estimation cost. The final shipping cost invoice will be sent by email when the figures are ready to be shipped.

How long does shipping take for in stock figures?

Shipping process for In Stock figures :

  1. Once your order is paid (with estimated shipping charge), the figures will be sent firstly to a professional logistics company. (2-3 business days)
  2. The logistics company make a shipping parcel and make a quote for final shipping cost. (1-2 business days)
  3.   If the final shipping cost is less than the estimated shipping fee paid : 
        The extra part you have paid will be refund to you directly
      If the final shipping cost is more than the estimated shipping fee paid : 
        An invoice of the extra shipping fee will be sent 
  4. Once the extra shipping cost is paid, the parcel will be shipped and the tracking number will be sent by email. (1-2 business days)

It will take around 4-6 business days before getting tracking number email or extra shipping cost email. 

Depending on the shipping method you choose, the shipping delay is 2-3 weeks.

How long does shipping take for preorder figures?

Shipping process for Preorder figures :

  1. After preordering figures, you should wait until the release of the figures by the studio. (usually 4-6 months after end of preorder periode, the estimated release date is indicated in the preorder post)
  2. You will be noified by email and in our Facebook group when the figures are released and then you should complet the final payment. (1-2 weeks to complet final payment)
  3. Once your final payment is completed, the studio will arrange the release of the figures. And they will be sent firstly to a professional logistics company. (5-7 business days)
  4. The logistics company make a shipping parcel and make a quote for the international shipping cost. (1-2 business days)
  5. Once the shipping cost is paid, the parcel will be shipped and the tracking number will be sent by email. (1-2 business days)

From completing the final payment until getting tracking number email, it will take around 7-11 business days.

Depending on the shipping method you choose, the shipping delay is 2-3 weeks.

Return

Can I return an order?

Yes. Only returns of articles in perfect condition will be accepted within 7 days of receipt. The return and refund are accepted only if the item does not show any trace of use. No refund will be made if the item is not returned in perfect condition.

Otherwise, shipping cost is non refundable and a restocking fee of 30% will apply for all returned articles. All return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
